Menu item: Italian Mozzarella Meatballs


Are you looking for new items to add to your weekly menu? If so, check out Coach Andrew's Italian Mozzarella meatball recipe. It takes all of 25 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

*Please note: Recipe in photos show a serving for 35 (each meatball at 95-105 grams)

Serving: 35 meatballs

Ingredients:

- 4 lbs. ground beef

- 4 cups- italian bread crumbs

- 4 tbs.- garlic powder

- 4 tbs- oregano

- 4 tbs- parsley

-4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

-4 eggs beaten

-6 oz- soy & worcestershire sauce

- salt and pepper to taste

Serving: 8-10 meatballs

Ingredients:

-1 lb. ground beef

- 1 cup- italian bread crumbs

- 1 tbs.- garlic powder

- 1 tbs- oregano

- 1 tbs- parsley

-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1egg beaten

-1 oz- soy & worcestershire sauce

- salt and pepper to taste
