For a while now, I’ve had the idea to start writing and sharing articles that are a reflection of my everyday learning and observing as a CrossFit coach, as well as my personal experiences as a CrossFit athlete. It’s important —for us as a community— to learn from one another so we grow to be better athletes and better individuals, and through these articles, we will see how we can make our CrossFit training an even better experience.
I will dive into a broad range of topics including, but are not limited to: CrossFit gear, tips for success, sleep, workout variations, etc.
