Classes and coaching are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by legendary coach Greg Glassman after his many years of watching, working with and coaching all types of people-from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.

At CrossFit Stamina, certified trainers offer critique and motivation every step of the way.  There may not be rows upon rows of isolation equipment one would typically find at a global gym, but instead find rows and rows of people from different walks of life working together to accomplish their goals.  The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a first-time CrossFitter and an elite CrossFit athlete can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.   

Our fitness program aims to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.  The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
